Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Veritas Compounds website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Veritas Compounds are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. They are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any clinical application. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and will use products solely for lawful research purposes. Any misuse of these products is strictly prohibited and solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds and international shipping, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. See our Refund Policy for limited exceptions related to damaged or incorrect shipments.

Payment Terms

All payments are made in cryptocurrency. We accept USDC (recommended), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design — no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Quotes are valid for 5 minutes (BTC/ETH) or 24 hours (USDC/USDT). You must send the exact quoted amount to the provided wallet address. Underpayments or overpayments may result in order delays or cancellation.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed on-chain. The total timeline from payment to delivery is approximately 3–4 weeks, though many orders arrive sooner. Shipping is a flat $60 USD for all orders to supported countries. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Product Appearance

All vials ship without labels. Cap color may differ from product images on the website. Product images are for reference only and do not represent the exact appearance of the vials you will receive. This does not affect product quality or contents.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs, an unboxing video (recorded while opening the package), and a written description of the issue. Approved claims are limited to one (1) replacement shipment per order. Full documentation requirements and eligibility are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Customs & Importation

If your package is intercepted or returned by customs authorities, we will arrange a one-time reshipment at no additional cost. Contact us with your order number and any customs documentation you received. No monetary refunds will be issued — the sole remedy is a replacement shipment. You are responsible for understanding importation regulations in your jurisdiction.

Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of research compounds complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Veritas Compounds makes no representations regarding the legality of these products in your area.

Limitation of Liability

Veritas Compounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or anticipated savings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veritas Compounds, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
