Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research compounds and international shipping, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a reship, you are required to provide all of the following documentation:

1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including the vial(s), packaging, and shipping label.
3. An unboxing video β€” you must videotape yourself opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the contents as discovered. Videos taken after the package has already been opened do not qualify.
4. A written description of the issue.

Failure to provide complete documentation (photos, unboxing video, and written description) will result in the claim being denied. We review all claims on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will issue one (1) replacement shipment at no additional cost. Replacement shipments are limited to one per order β€” no further reships will be issued for the same order.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of the dispatch date, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we may issue a one-time reship at our discretion. Packages showing a "delivered" scan by the carrier are not eligible for replacement.

Customs-Intercepted Packages

If your package is intercepted or returned by customs authorities, we will arrange a one-time reshipment at no additional cost. Contact us with your order number and any relevant customs documentation. No monetary refunds will be issued β€” the sole remedy is a replacement shipment. Please allow additional processing time for reshipped orders.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs. Double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout β€” carriers require a valid contact number for international deliveries.

Cryptocurrency Payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In approved damage/incorrect item claims, the sole remedy is a replacement shipment as described above. This is one reason we recommend paying with USDC β€” stablecoins maintain a consistent dollar value with no volatility risk.
