How Our Shipping Works
Veritas Compounds ships all orders internationally. Our pricing is significantly lower than most domestic resellers because we keep overhead low and pass the savings to you. The tradeoff is transit time β and we are completely transparent about that.
Shipping Rate
Shipping is a flat $60 USD for all orders, regardless of order size or destination. This covers secure packaging, international logistics, and delivery to any address in our supported countries. Shipping to remote locations may incur additional costs β please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Processing Time
Once your cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your order is forwarded for dispatch. Processing typically takes 7β14 business days, though many orders ship sooner. We'll keep you updated via email as your order progresses.
Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1β2 weeks for international transit and last-mile delivery. Combined with processing time, the total timeline from payment to delivery is approximately 3β4 weeks β though many orders arrive sooner. These estimates are conservative to account for occasional customs or logistics delays; actual delivery is often faster.
Product Packaging
All vials ship without labels. Cap color may differ from product images on the website. Product images are for reference only and do not represent the exact appearance of the vials you will receive.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Phone Number Requirement
A valid phone number is required at checkout. International carriers and customs require a contact number for the recipient in case of delivery issues. Without a valid phone number, your package may be delayed or returned.
Shipping Availability
We ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, France, and Ireland. We do not ship to countries outside this list at this time. If you are in a remote or rural area within a supported country and want to confirm shipping availability, please contact us before placing your order.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement shipment, you are required to provide all of the following documentation:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including the vial(s), packaging, and shipping label.
3. An unboxing video β you must videotape yourself opening the package. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the contents as discovered. Videos taken after the package has already been opened do not qualify.
4. A written description of the issue.
Failure to provide complete documentation (photos, unboxing video, and written description) will result in the claim being denied. Approved claims are limited to one (1) replacement shipment per order β no further reships will be issued for the same order. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of the dispatch date, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost, we may issue a one-time reship at our discretion. Packages showing a "delivered" scan by the carrier are not eligible for replacement.
Customs-Intercepted Packages
If your package is intercepted or returned by customs authorities, we will arrange a one-time reshipment at no additional cost to you. Contact us with your order number and any documentation you received from customs. Please allow additional processing time for reshipped orders. Note that certain countries and regions may have higher interception rates β we will flag any destination-specific risks during order confirmation.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs. Double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout.
